Objective :

To invest in equity and debt securities and pass on the collection proceeds to Class A and Class B Unit holders in accordance with the Priority of Distributions specified in the Offer Document. The Class A units would be provided a specific participation rate in the return of S&P CNX Nifty Index and will have priority over Class B units for distribution.
